German Fest

In our first month of marriage, Matt and I made a trip to see friends in Fredricksburg, VA. As it turned out, we just happened to be there during their German Fest. 

There were some interesting sights, dancing, music and the smell of authentic German food. Though there was a good crowd, we still had plenty of room to wander around town and see the quaint little shops that lined the streets.

When we came upon a cupcake shop, our men went in to buy some for us. We found this alley that gave us plenty of room to roam as we waited.

We enjoyed a fun afternoon with good friends.
